WHAT IS BUONNY?
Buonny, is a checking and security system, which analyzes the document sent, and checks if the driver has pending issues or any negative documents at Detran. Additionally, it serves to record the cargo that will be taken from sender to recipient.
WHAT IF I DON'T PASS BUONNY?
If the driver is not approved by Buonny, it is not possible to load and transport cargo, which causes the company to look for a new partner for the service.
"DIVERGENT PROFILE"
If the driver is having a problem with the Detran, or a legal problem with any matter, the profile will be given as DIVERGENT, but the company will not be informed of the reason (due to privacy policy), but will provide the company with the necessary step-by-step instructions so that the driver resolve your issues, whatever they may be.
